InStyle X Tabitha Webb Collection
This month, Tabitha and the fashion team at InStyle collaborated to create four new dress designs, one for each of the InStyle fashion team. Tabitha worked with Fashion Director Arabella Greenhill, Shopping Editor Robyn Kotze, Fashion Editor Amy Bannerman and Fashion Features Editor Hannah Rochell to create four unique dresses. The styles were for the most part based on existing Tabitha Webb designs, but with a personal twist by each of the fashion team. Excitingly, we can now show you the designs, with each dress modelled by the InStyle staff member who designed it. Hannah Rochelle went for a twist on the green Kara dress, a fitted 1940s style pencil dress. Hannah changed the colour of the side inserts to a black and yellow textured fabric. Robyn Kotze's dress is a longer version of the Theodore in navy wool; the original is just below knee length, so Robyn gave it a different vibe with her ankle length version. Here is the Tabitha Webb version in Raspberry. Amy Bannerman's dress is a new design, a textured chiffon shirt dress with a pussy-bow neck and a sexy split in the skirt. Arabella Greenhill altered the classic Tabitha Webb Edie to have bright blue contrasting cuffs, as well as slightly changing the original fit and neckline. This partnership was all about the process as well as the product; as Tabitha says, ‘It was a pleasure to collaborate and work with each member of the team to create pieces which reflect their expertise, individual style and different shapes.’ Charlotte Moore, the Editor of Instyle UK, was equally effusive about the project: ‘I'm thrilled that our fashion team have had the opportunity to create their very own dresses with the very talented Tabitha. I have long been a fan of her designs, which are a great fit for the InStyle reader.’ If you would like to see the dresses in person, meet the InStyle fashion team as well as the editor Charlotte Moore, and get 20% off the Tabitha Webb collection, come to our launch party on the 3rd December!
