Refund policy

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or an exchange.

Please note the following exceptions to our returns policy:

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate your return or exchange, please email us at info@tabithawebb.co.uk to inform us, and return your order to:

• Rivermead, Church Lane, Martyr Worthy, Hampshire, SO21 1DY.

Once the item arrives at our studio, it takes 2 days for the refund to be processed, and then a further 5-7 days for the refund amount to show in your account.
