Shipping policy
At Tabitha Webb, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live!
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed during Monday to Saturday. Where a product is on pre-order, the delivery time can take between 14-30 days to process the orders.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery can take around 15–30 business days at the moment (Thanks, Covid!) UK orders are shipped by either ParcelForce or another national courier. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time (again, thank you Covid)
TL;DR - we send out to you as soon as we possibly can, but once it leaves our warehouse, in these weird Covid times, we hope it will arrive as quickly as we took to send it!
